While Tollefson Development is known as a progressive developer, what underlies our success is quite traditional: hard work, thorough planning, attention to detail and delivering on promises.

The Tollefson story began in 1976 with a single-family development in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Since then, we’ve developed thousands of lots and many successful communities throughout Minnesota, Indiana, Kansas and Florida. Clients rely on Tollefson to make quality a priority at every step, while remaining within budget parameters. We’re also known for creative solutions – for instance, we cleaned up one community’s landfill and turned it into an attractive park.
