Tollefson Development Announces Expansion

New office complex to be built in Lakeville

MINNEAPOLIS—September 6, 2005—Tollefson Development Inc, a leading Minnesota company in residential and commercial land development announced its expansion with the August 10, 2005 groundbreaking of a new office complex in Lakeville, MN.    

The 36,000 sq. ft. building will be located at 205th Street West and Keokuk Avenue and should be completed by February 2006. Tollefson will occupy approximately 15,000 sq. ft and the balance will be available for lease. They will continue to own the property it now leases to Edina Realty on 165^th Street.
